Yay, I'm so glad I caught this before it ended! Oh my goodness, I love the Peter Pan book so much, and you've done a great job at bringing it to life in comic form. I love the way you've fleshed out some of the conversations and scenes that Barrie couldn't fit in the book, while still keeping the story flowing along. And oh, the cake, my goodness, the cake. Of all the stories I wanted to see, I wanted the cake most of all. I just loved the line "...until at last it lost its succulence, and became hard as a stone, and was used as a missile, and Hook fell over it in the dark." XD

I also like that you took out the racism about Tiger Lily and her tribe; I remind myself every time that Barrie didn't have much besides the wildly inaccurate stories coming out of America, and didn't know better, but some of what they say is just cringe-worthy. ^_^; I would add, however, that "piccaninny", to my knowledge, was an offensive term for *black* people in America in the slave-keeping era, so, yeah, the whole name of the tribe is kind of...ergh.

Anyhow, I love the story and the comic very much, and I'm so excited, because I made it just before the best part! I can't wait :) Keep writing!

@ReaderWriterNerd&Geek: Hey there! I'm so glad you're enjoying it ^_^

Yeah, I really wanted to take out those parts, especially since I'm sure that if Barrie had had accurate info, he'd have done better ^_^;; Yeah, you're right, it wasn't even related to Native Americans and was usually just for children, I just assume Barrie had nooooo idea what he was talking about there. It's a tricky thing tho b/c it IS the tribe's name, but I really tried to keep the usage of it down to like when we learn about them, and then just refer to them as the natives after that ^_^;; So then I'm not changing the canon (which I'm trying to avoid) but avoiding the less good parts as much as possible.

But I'm so glad you're liking it! Yup, we're getting right to the exciting part, you made it just in time ^_^

@TriaElf9: I'm sure he would, he doesn't seem like the type to use racial slurs if he didn't know that's what they were. He probably just heard the word somewhere and thought, "That sounds sufficiently tribe-like, OK." ^_^;; I think you made the right choice, anyway. :)

Yay, I'm so excited!
